Maybe the only thing I enjoy more than creating new desserts for the shop, is my team creating new desserts for the shop. This dessert is from our sous chef Adrian and is both beautiful, delicious, and gluten free. The whole dessert is built upon pistachios and starts with a rich creamy mousse made with cardamom scented caramelized pistachio praline. A super crunchy creamy layer of rice krispies coated with milk and white chocolate with pistachio and almond paste. There is just a touch of dark chocolate flourless cake to round out the dessert. There’s a whole lot that goes into this little dessert.
