It’s kind of that time of year when people want pecan pie. While we make a big pecan pie for Thanksgiving we thought it might be a good idea to prepare a smaller size to have available before Thanksgiving. So this is pretty much a smaller version of our special brown butter bourbon pecan pie that we make for Thanksgiving except we went ahead and topped it with vanilla chantilly, some caramel sauce, and cacao nibs.
