This cake was created within our first 3-4 months of being open. While its name and shape have changed the rest has stayed the same. Dark chocolate brownie cake, coffee creme brulee, cocoa sponge cake, dark chocolate mousse, and vanilla chantilly. I probably don’t need to say anymore than that. It has been one of our popular cakes over the years and we generally only stop making it when I get bored of making it. I wonder how many we have made over the years?
