In the course of eight years there is one cake we have created that we just can’t seem to take off the menu for very long before we get requests from our guests and our team to bring it back. Cacao et Cafe is a cake that has had a lot of name changes, but has relatively stayed the same. Dark chocolate brownie cake is topped with coffee creme brulee and cocoa sponge cake and then it is surrounded by dark chocolate mousse. A shiny chocolate ganache, vanilla chantilly and 23kt gold leaf dresses it up for any celebration.
