Galette des Rois is one of my favorite pastries to make and eat. It’s always the simple pastries that I enjoy the most. Puff pastry and frangipane is used in countless French pastries, but none as popular as the Galette des Rois. Our Galette des Rois is made from classic puff pastry and classic almond frangipane. We do ask that you place your order at minimum of 24 hours in advance.
