This cake has a few of my favorite things in it, one a rich dark chocolate flourless chocolate cake, second milk mousse which I created for a dessert back in 2018. I think this is a great representation of cookies and cream. It starts with a cocoa cookie crust which is mixed with milk and white chocolate as well as rice krispies for a crunchy base, followed by the previously mentioned flourless chocolate cake, a white chocolate cream, cocoa cake, and milk mousse. To top it off the whole cake is gluten free, but I bet you wouldn’t have guessed it if I hadn’t told you.
