My team has been telling me how you all have been asking for the lemon tart again. This is a slightly different one but should be recognizable.  We start with our classic almond shortbread, then add a piece of lemon poppyseed cake, a layer of lemon marmalade, and then a rich and tangy lemon cream delicately scented with vanilla bean. A little vanilla poppyseed meringue and candied lemon rind help set it off.
