Our Macaron Ice Cream Sandwiches have become a signature summer treat since our first summer back in 2014! This year we have decided that all of our macaron ice cream sandwiches will be inspired girl scout cookies. While the pictures may not imply this, our current flavor is Tagalongs! Two chocolate macarons sandwiched with peanut butter ice cream!
