I don’t really care what you are celebrating, but a cake makes it better! This is a simple, but delicious cake made with vanilla and chocolate pound cakes. It is the perfect size to bring home and nibble on for a few days, or take to a friends house and share over coffee and complaints. It also does well for a dinner party with some ice cream. It’s kind of like the Swiss Army knife of desserts.
