I have never liked the word cruffin, so I go with morning bun. Are they the same thing? I’ll leave that up to you to decide. We take our salted butter croissant dough, shape it differently and bake it in a tin. After baking we roll it in vanilla sugar and fill it with vanilla cream. It’s simple, but delicious.
