Lemon tarts are always popular and I enjoy them, but orange just seems more appropriate as we head into the holiday season. For this tart we take are classic sweet almond shortbread and fill it with a delicate and creamy orange mascarpone custard. We top that with mandarin orange puree and light vanilla chantilly. So simple, but so good!
