I can’t guarantee that this cake will take you back to 1984, but it may make you feel like it’s springtime in Paris. Vanilla butter cake is studded with fresh rhubarb and baked. It is topped with fresh strawberry compote and Brazilian vanilla mousse. The cake is wrapped in a light almond sponge cake, topped with grated strawberry chocolate, and probably a few other things.
