As a chill sets into the air we switch from a classic lemon tart to a pretty classic passion fruit tart. Why? Because I want to! And because I think that passion fruit is a little warmer, while I wouldn’t say that it is sweet, it just isn’t as tart as lemon and I appreciate that as we head into fall. Same style soft custard, a little vanilla chantilly instead of meringue, and a simple garnish of freeze dried passion fruit and raspberry.
