If you have ever checked out our menu before you will know I love twice baked croissants. This is our newest creation and comes straight from our sous chef Caitlin. Imagine that, I get to eat amazingly delicious twice baked croissants and I didn’t even have to do anything, it’s almost like I am you, somedays! This tasty treat starts with a toasted croissant and some cinnamon infused rum syrup. Then a pecan + almond + cornmeal frangipane cream works its way in. Next comes the roasted pineapple and sour cherries. ┬áNow you have yourself a pineapple upside down cake croissant!
