I always try to lighten up the desserts as we head into the warmer months. This dessert is very similar to a recent dessert, but for this one we incorporated raspberry into the chocolate mousse. Making the mousse with fresh raspberry puree lightens it in texture, flavor, and fat and calories. It still uses the same flourless chocolate cake to keep it gluten free and we top it off with raspberry creme brulee. What’s not to like? A lot I guess if you’re one of those people that don’t like fruit with your chocolate.
