I love brownies, but after six years it was time for a change. So we gave our Salted Caramel Brownie 2.0 a facelift. Our Salted Caramel Brownie 3.0 features the same fudgy brownie, but baked individually so that each bite has both  crust and an extra fudgy center. We also added chopped walnuts to the brownie because I wanted a brownie with nuts. The salted caramel ganache is whipped to keep it light and creamy. Once the caramel begins to set we dip it into chopped pecans and dip the top into dark chocolate. It is kind of like brownie meets candy bar, meets turtle.
