I don’t really care what you are celebrating, but pastries make it better! Over the years we have created many different cakes, and I love the ability to create new pastries regularly even if this is upsetting to some. As chocolate cakes always tend to be more popular than non-chocolate cakes, I decided this year that each year I would create a different chocolate cake and keep it on the menu for one year. This year’s cake, or half year’s cake is super chocolatey! It has a layer of rich cakey chocolate brownie, intense dark chocolate mousse, and is layered with meringue and vanilla chiboust, (a super light and creamy vanilla cream, I say it tastes like marshmallow mousse). To top it off, we glaze the cake so it is super shiny and then wrap it with cocoa ladyfinger cake. It is garnished with vanilla chantilly, some gold, and cocoa dusted chocolate. Chocolate Cake 2024 1/2 is available in two sizes, small serving 6ish and large serving 10ish, choose wisely!
