Of all the places I have visited and thought that I could see myself living there, Sicily ranks maybe at the top, at least for now. So, while it is dreary here, I will dream of Sicily and eat this cake.  Layers of dark chocolate flourless cake are layered with pistachio meringue cake and pistachio white chocolate panna cotta. It is topped with raspberry mousse, fresh raspberries, cacao nibs, and pistachios. Yes, it is gluten free, but don’t tell anyone, they may think less of it.
