I’ll let you debate whether this is a croissant or a savory danish, but while you’re doing that I’m going to eat and enjoy one. We take our classic croissant dough and roll it up instead of shaping it like a croissant. We pile in an ample portion of creamy spinach feta filling and bake until it’s GBD!
