If you are not new to our shop you should know my love affair of twice baked croissants is a long one. It started back in Chicago around 2002 when I would treat myself to a cappuccino and a twice baked almond croissant from Fox & Obel market. I almost never drink anything but plain Americanos these days, but I still treat myself to twice baked croissants and right now that means strawberry rhubarb almond croissants.   You should try one.
