We created this dessert specially for Mother’s Day, but my family enjoyed it so much I thought I’d keep it around while we’re still getting nice local strawberries. Classic tres leches sponge cake is soaked strawberry milks, topped with fresh local strawberries, vanilla chantilly, and freeze dried strawberries.  Conveniently made by us for you to treat whoever you’d like. Serves 4-6 nicely.
