Tarte Estelle is more than just a simple fruit tart. While it might be appear simple in appearance, it is actually layer upon layer of deliciousness. Our classic almond shortbread is rolled out and lined into molds and filled with a layer of raspberry jam. Then a soft marzipan cake batter is added on top of the jam. Fresh berries are added to the cake and then the tart is baked. After cooling the tart is topped with raspberry sauce and light vanilla cream before being piled high with fresh berries.
