We have made variations of this cake for quite a few years as it is one of my favorites. I generally describe it to people as, ” it tastes like a Kinder Bueno candy bar.” We start with a layer of gluten free almond meringue cake, top it with a layer of milk chocolate almond hazelnut crunch, and then add the creamiest dark chocolate hazelnut praline mousse. We spray the cake with dark chocolate and top it with hazelnut praline cream, candied hazelnuts, and some dark chocolate decorations. Yes, it’s good! Si Bueno!
