A signature cookie we created a decade ago. It spent most of its life on the sidelines waiting for a chance to outshine a chocolate chip. I don’t know that it will ever outsell our brown butter chocolate chunk cookies, but that doesn’t mean it’s not an amazing little cookie. Made with Biscoff cookie butter, dried sour cherries, and oats, it’s in a league of its own.
