I’d say this cake is a little bit country and a little bit rock “n” roll, or a bit American and a bit French. Dark chocolate mousse is layered with vanilla creme brulee and buttermilk cocoa cake. Shiny ganache makes it look fancy, cocoa meringue gives it a bit of crunch, and the vanilla chantilly just ties it all together.
