Our soups change with the seasons and our whims, but are always comforting and delicious
Even during warmer months we crave soup so we created a nice light soup full of bright flavors. We start with a light broth of melted leeks, garlic, and herbs. Then we add fresh garden vegetables to simmer until delicately cooked. Vegetables will change with availability, but expect spring and summer root vegetables and fresh peas. Soup is finished with extra virgin olive oil, chives, and garlic sesame croutons. The soup is completely vegetarian.
