Calling our Salted Caramel Brownie 3.0 a brownie is a little misleading. If you want a simple cake like brownie you will need to go somewhere else, or just go buy a brownie box mix. In all of our years there has never been a more chocolate laden creation than this. We start with a fudgy brownie batter made with three different varieties of chocolate, mix in a few walnuts to balance things out and give some other texture besides rich fudgy goodness. After they cool we pipe milk chocolate caramel ganache on top and coat it with pecans. Then we dip the whole thing in chocolate. It’s kind of insane, like insanely good.
