Our soups change with the seasons and our whims, but are always comforting and delicious
While we generally keep tomato soup for the cooler months, the abundance of tomatoes this year inspired us to create a lighter summer tomato soup. This is a very simple soup of garlic, onions, basil, olive oil, and boat loads of fresh roma tomatoes gently simmered together and then pureed into a velvety smooth soup. The soup is finished with extra virgin olive oil, chives, and garlic sesame croutons. The soup is completely vegetarian.
