Our Buche de Noel will be available December 13th through December 31st for celebrating at holiday gatherings.

Christmas Pies and Christmas Brunch Boxes are available for pick up 9am -4pm on Monday December 23rd and 9am-2pm Tuesday December 24th. We will be taking a holiday break and will be closed December 25th-December 27th, reopening Saturday December 28th.

Our Christmas pie has become a tradition for us each Christmas. We keep it simple, kind of. We start with an all butter pate brisee (think French pie dough), we use salted butter which helps balance the sweetness of the brown sugar custard filling. For the custard we brown the butter while infusing it with whole vanilla beans and cinnamon sticks. So it sounds like pecan pie right? Kind of, except we add pecans, pistachios, hazelnuts, cashews, candied cherries, brandied cherries, cocoa nibs, and candied orange peel! Of course there is a good splash of Scotch on each pie too! Each pie comes with a pint of fresh vanilla bean chantilly to make Christmas fancy!
