Thanksgiving Dessert Specials are available for pick up on Saturday November 8th through Wednesday November 26th. We will be closing early at 2pm on Wednesday November 26th. Due to the additional volume we can not guarantee having Thanksgiving items ready before 9am. We will be taking a short holiday break and will be closed November 27th and November 28th. We will reopen Saturday November 29th.
Tarte au Sucre? Also known as French Canadian sugar pie is one of those magical creations that if you know, you know. I didn’t know how good it was until I first tried it about 16 years ago and since then it has been one of my favorites. It starts with a French style salted butter pie crust. The simple maple sugar custard is thickened magically by cinnamon scented crumble which not only thickens the custard, but some of the crumble floats to the top and makes a delicate sugar cookie crust (think snickerdoodle but more refined). Each pie comes with a pint of fresh vanilla bean chantilly to make Thanksgiving fancy!
