Thanksgiving Specials are available for pick up on Tuesday November 26th 9am-4pm and Wednesday November 27th 9am-2pm only. We will be closing early at 2pm on Wednesday November 27th. Due to the additional volume we can not guarantee having Thanksgiving items ready before 9am. We will be taking a short holiday break and will be closed November 28th through December 1st, and will reopen Monday December 2nd.
Our Bourbon pecan pie has become a tradition for us each Thanksgiving. We keep it simple, kind of. We start with an all butter pate brisee (think French pie dough), we use salted butter which helps balance the sweetness of the brown sugar custard filling. For the custard we brown the butter while infusing it with whole vanilla beans and cinnamon sticks. Of course there is a good splash of bourbon on each pie too! Each pie comes with a pint of fresh vanilla bean chantilly to make Thanksgiving fancy!
