Thanksgiving Dessert Specials are available for pick up on Saturday November 8th through Wednesday November 26th. We will be closing early at 2pm on Wednesday November 26th. Due to the additional volume we can not guarantee having Thanksgiving items ready before 9am. We will be taking a short holiday break and will be closed November 27th and November 28th. We will reopen Saturday November 29th.
While I can now comfortably say I am a pie man, I wasn’t always and always saved room for cake. This chocolate hazelnut torte has become our signature Thanksgiving cake, not because it happens to be gluten free (not that you would notice), but because it is so delicious! Light layers of hazelnut almond meringue cake are layered with intense flourless dark chocolate cake and hazelnut praline buttercream. The cake is glazed with dark chocolate ganache to put things over the top. Each cake comes with a pint of fresh vanilla bean chantilly to make Thanksgiving fancy!
